How often do I get a craving for buffalo wings? Every five years, every 10?

Buffalo wings aren’t as big a deal here as in the USA, but they’re not unheard of. I completely expected the grocery store to have the sauce.

In the end it took three stores to find an overpriced bottle of sauce. Luckily I was a ways from home when all this started, so I had the options without a bunch of extra driving around.

The wings were delicious. And then I did cauliflower a few days later and that was good too.
