One of the best painted utility boxes by Paul X Walsh. This painting is from 10+ years ago, and is showing its age. Without any real evidence, I’d say the program of painting these things has reached its zenith. The newer ones seem to be mostly school projects… well-meaning, but not at the same artistic level.
