Pittsburgh had a lot of good manhole covers… I expected no less from Iron City.

I haven’t seen many… any? … that are custom for a specific building. The building is on the historic register, the first skyscraper in Pittsburgh to have been commissioned by a woman. It’s named for its longtime owners Mssrs Benedum and Trees, who had an oil company.
