Our next stop was in Tirau, the capital of fanciful corrugated metal siding on buildings. I’ve featured Tirau before. And in fact, I’m wearing the shirt I bought on that earlier stopover as I write this!

Here’s one of the corrugated buildings that doesn’t get as much airtime… the public toilets just off the main road.
